YouTube is here. Travelling for me is a lot of fun but it’s hard work; the research, the time and the money make it an absolute pain in the bollocks at times. But in the end its all worth it as I get to visit some amazing places and meet some incredible people.
IT’S BEEN SOMETHING I HAVE WANTED TO DO FOR A WHILE
However something that I have been thinking about more and more is how time consuming Instagram is and how little satisfaction I get from it. That, along with a few pals made me consider going into the world of YouTube where I can do these places I visit some justice and more so will allow me to watch these back for a better insight into my travel days.
THE FIRST SERIES
After months of thinking, how, when, where, what and how. I decided to take the plunge during my Afghanistan trip, and what better country to begin vlogging in than this little gem, and I was glad I done it! All the instagram photos and reels would not have done this country and it’s people justice.

Watch the short clip above taken from episode one during my first day exploring Kabul. This was only 12 hours into my trip and already I knew the country and it’s people were special.
OTHER CONTENT
As well as the usual format on the likes of YouTube, the same will also be uploaded to X/Twitter and all videos uploaded 2 weeks earlier on Patreon. Besides the vlogs, I have also started posting TikTok’s, Shorts (YouTube) & Reels (Instagram) several times per week along with 3-5 minute clips on Facebook, so check out the links below and see what you fancy.
